The Ross Management Group, formed in 1986, is a moderately sized, highly personalized property management firm. The company, while based in Denver, Colorado, manages properties throughout the United States. The Ross Management Group specializes in the management of conventional, tax credit, affordable and service-enriched housing, as well as senior residential properties and retail/commercial real estate.

The Ross Management Group has a proven ability to manage even the most complex real estate. We have successfully leased new developments resulting in maximum benefits for the investors. We have expertise and experience in addressing the complex eligibility and reporting requirements often associated with diverse financing of tax credit properties. We have taken troubled properties and turned them into profitable ventures - The Ross Management Group provides strategized property management services and long term property planning.

Because of our expertise and reputation in the real estate management industry, The Ross Management Group is frequently engaged as a consultant to assess building design feasibility; review and establish processes for tenant eligibility and housing assistance payments; create operating and capital budgets; conduct acquisition due diligence; perform mortgage restructure analyses; complete physical needs assessments; prepare Management Improvement Plans; and recommend avenues for asset enhancement and improved management/business practices. The company's principals often provide training to industry associate groups as well as other property management firms. We have provided expert witness testimony regarding the entire spectrum of the property management profession.
