The Principals and Our Certifications

Deborah Ross Weseloh, Broker, CPM®, NAHP, HCCP, Owner, CEO and President of The Ross Management Group. Debi has been in the property management profession for over 25 years and earned the Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation in 1984, the National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) designation in 1994, and earned the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) in 2001. She has been involved in every aspect of the business from community manager to the president of her own firm. Prior to founding The Ross Management Group, she was responsible for the establishment of a branch office for a major real estate management firm and served as the department head for a major local real estate syndicate where her supervision of properties extended over several states. Under Debi's direction, The Ross Management Group grew from its beginning with a single troubled property to a portfolio in excess of 2100 units. Debi is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and is a founding member and past President of the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA-MPD). She has also represented AHMA and National Affordable Housing Management Association for the Colorado Safe Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP) in coordination with the City and County of Denver and testified before Senator Allard for the continued need for Affordable Housing throughout the country. Debi served on the Executive Council of IREM for 5 years and remains an active participant. She has co-authored educational materials for property managers and has participated in training sessions as an instructor. She has been a consultant for other Property Management firms and has served as an expert witness. Debi is a licensed Colorado real estate broker.

CPM designees' focus on managing properties as investments, helping owners and investors achieve their financial performance goals. They are trained to handle all property management tasks and manage portfolios of various property types. CPM designees are also noted for their strong analytical, troubleshooting and communications skills, enabling them to deal successfully with complex issues and unforeseen obstacles.

Stacie Packard, CPO, NAHP, HCCP, Senior Regional Manager. Stacie has been in property management since 1990. She holds the Certified Professional Occupancy (CPO) certification, the National Affordable Housing Professional (NAHP) certification, the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) certification and has obtained her CPM designation and broker's license. She served on the Board of Directors of the Affordable Housing Management Association as the past Colorado State Representative and currently as its Treasurer. Stacie has the responsibility for the day-to-day activities of much of the company's portfolio. She works hand-in-hand with the other regional managers and property managers that she oversees to ensure the overall success of the clients' and investors' goals. Stacie has extensive experience as a community manager of a large property with all the typical management concerns and objectives and was promoted to Regional Manager in 1998. She was directly responsible for early lease-up of an 80-unit tax credit development within a three-month period and the timely lease-up of 103-unit senior tax credit community. Stacie ensures timely and accurate reporting to state Finance Authorities and to each tax credit investor. Currently, Stacie is involved in the renovation and relocation process of a tax credit property recently acquired by one of our Non-Profit client groups. Stacie excels in marketing in very competitive environments, in training and cultivating on-site staffs and in community relations.

Additionally, The Ross Management Group's core staff consists of two Regional Managers; a Senior Accountant; a CPA; a Certified Occupancy Specialist; a Maintenance Director/504 Coordinator and an Office Manager. These individuals hold current designations and certifications for their specialties.
