Annual Budget Preparation

We will help you prepare an operating budget and submittal on your behalf for modification and/or approval at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of each fiscal year.

Bill Payment

We review and pay all of the property’s operating expenses.

Bonding

One of our agents will establish and maintain F.D.I.C. insured bank accounts for the property. Beyond, we will provide help with the Fidelity Bond that covers all employees and building management personnel who handle property funds.

Payroll

Get help handling the payroll and all pertinent documents related to workers compensation and tax returns for on-site employees of the property.

Tax Returns
